Simply stop into either our San Jose store or our San Francisco store, fill out
an entry form, weigh in and you are on your way. You you can weigh-out at
any time during the year, but you must weigh-out by December 31, 2011.

Californians were overweight to obese in 2008, and these numbers are on the
rise. Obesity related medical costs for California alone top over $7.7 Billion.
