It truly saddens me that, after much deliberation and consulting
with my accountant, it became evident that I needed to close the San
Francisco store. We looked at all options, and financially, it
is not feasible to keep it open. The high cost of rent in the
city and the lack of sales makes this endeavor unprofitable.
I know how much these shoes mean to many of our customers and I
realize how many people's lives have been changed by this remarkable
technology so this decision was not made lightly.
The good news is that we will be keeping the San
Jose store open, expanding our vision as we move to the future.
If we have fit you in the past and have fitting notes on file, we
can adjust the shoes and mail them to you. We can also ship
coils and insoles with directions on how to install them.
Again, I apologize for the need to close the store. I have
met so many great people during the 3 years that I have had the San
Francisco business and I know it makes your life more difficult to
have to travel to San Jose. We do have some great restaurants,
though, in the Camden Park Plaza, so you can make a day of it!
My
best to you as you move forward, living life pain-free!
